Is Upstore Premium worth it?
Upstore Premium is worth considering if you download large files, repeated links, or multi-part RAR archives. It is usually not necessary for one small file. How fast is Upstore Premium compared with free access?
In our practical test, free access was heavily throttled, while Premium downloads were much faster in both browser downloads and JDownloader 2. Your exact speed can still vary by country, ISP route, time of day, file server, browser, and download manager settings.
Premium does not guarantee the same speed for every user, but it is clearly more suitable for large files than free access.

Why is my Upstore free download so slow?
Slow free downloads are normal on many file-hosting services. Free users usually face speed limits, waiting timers, captcha checks, and delays before the next file can start. This is not usually a browser bug.
If you only need one small file, free access may still be acceptable. If you need large files or several archive parts, Premium is usually more practical.
Does Upstore Premium remove waiting timers and captcha checks?
For logged-in Premium users, the normal free-user waiting steps are removed or greatly reduced. This is one of the main reasons Premium is easier to use for repeated downloads.
If you still see free-user timers after buying Premium, make sure you are logged into the correct Upstore account and that your Premium status is active.
My credit card was declined on Upstore. What should I do?
Card declines can happen because some banks block overseas filehost transactions, digital service payments, or unfamiliar payment gateways. This does not always mean your Upstore account is broken.
- Check whether your card supports international online payments.
- Contact your bank and ask whether the transaction was blocked.
- Try another official payment method if available.
- Do not retry too many times in a short period.

Which Upstore Premium plan should I choose?

JDownloader 2 says my Upstore Premium status is missing. How do I fix it?
First, confirm that your Upstore Premium account is still active and that you have not reached any account-side traffic limit. Then refresh the account inside JDownloader 2.
- Open JDownloader 2.
- Go to Settings → Account Manager.
- Remove the existing Upstore account.
- Restart JDownloader 2.
- Add your Upstore login again.
- Wait for JDownloader to recheck the account status.
This often fixes temporary plugin, token, or account-detection problems.

Does Upstore Premium work with JDownloader 2?
Yes. Upstore Premium is usually much more useful with JDownloader 2 than free access. After adding your Premium login in JDownloader’s Account Manager, you can paste multiple Upstore links, queue downloads, retry failed files, and manage archive parts more easily.
For one small file, a browser download is enough. For large batches or multi-part archives, JDownloader 2 is usually the better workflow.
Why is my Upstore Premium speed still slow?
Premium removes the normal free-user speed restriction, but it cannot control every part of the download route. Slow Premium speed can still be caused by server load, your ISP route, Wi-Fi problems, VPN routing, browser limits, or temporary file server issues.
Try these checks:
- Test without a VPN.
- Try a wired connection instead of unstable Wi-Fi.
- Use JDownloader 2 for multiple links.
- Pause other heavy downloads on your network.
- Try again later if the file server appears overloaded.
Can I share my Upstore Premium account?

For downloaders, the important point is simple: if a file is already deleted or unavailable, buying Premium will not bring it back.
Is Upstore safe to use?
